What’s Normal (or NOT) For Your Body After Birth?
Sometimes it’s really hard to know how your postpartum recovery is going.
Especially if it’s your first birth, it’s not always obvious if the things you are feeling are just normal postpartum changes/challenges, or if there is something more troublesome going on. This can also be the case with another birth if you are experiencing something different (every birth is different!).
